This fundamentally sound design uses vividly contrasting colors to produce an elegant, yet impact-full, atmosphere for Ball Systems customers, both potential and existing.
CONTENT MANAGED
Developed around Expression Engine, this robust web application allows Ball Systems authors to easily syndicate their content from anywhere in the world.
The "Most Unwanted" Invasive Plant Pest List is compiled yearly by the Indiana Cooperative Agricultural Pest Survey (CAPS) State Survey Committee. Visitors are provided with a multitude of information concerning exotic invasive species in the state of Indiana.
USABILITY
Guests to the Pest Survey site are provided with several means to accessing their required information. This AJAXified web application allows users to browse by location or category without ever experiencing a page refresh or loading time.
ASYNCHRONOUS CONTENT
Through the use of AJAX, (Asynchronous Javascript and XML) this web application makes 'behind-the-scenes' request to the back-end database without the user ever noticing a thing. These requests significantly lighten the browsers load when using this site.
Extension Entomology develops and delivers both technical and educational programs concerned with the identity and management of insects and other pests. This includes providing for the public's health and comfort, protecting their food supply, structures, and environmental quality.
BEAUTIFUL DESIGN
By breaking out of the dated web design trends typical to University web sites, Extension Entomology was able to establish their web presence with this bright and insightful design.

The vast amount of existing educational publications and web sites required in this site presented a unique challenge. By establishing this site as a portal to all of the existing published content instead of just a flat web site, the user barely notices the transition from field to field.

My development of Sudoku Today is a testament to my dedication to projects and my unique ability to think critically. All puzzles are unique and generated dynamically on the back-end, but solved on the front end using a set of powerful solving algorithms.
